Note that the fees for “Student” and “Other participant” include access to the GeoAI 2026 conference (4-6 June) and the workshops on June 3, coffee breaks and conference dinner. It does not include accommodation and travel expenses which you have to pay and organize on your own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Workshops only” is for those who only attend the workshops. It includes access to workshops and coffee breaks on 3 June afternoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After registration and online payment (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro or Bancontact), you will get a confirmation and a receipt. Be aware that refunding of payment is not possible. But if needed, you can update the name of the participant (contact: GeoAI2026@UGent.be).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note at least one author of each accepted oral\/poster\/showcase presentation must register for the conference by 30 March 2026. The infringement of this rule will cause an accepted submission to be excluded from GeoAI 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Invitation letters for visa applications can only be requested after we have received your full conference registration fee payment.
