{"id":361,"date":"2026-03-13T13:05:37","date_gmt":"2026-03-13T13:05:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/geoaiconference.org\/?page_id=361"},"modified":"2026-03-16T10:10:19","modified_gmt":"2026-03-16T10:10:19","slug":"author-information","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/geoaiconference.org\/?page_id=361","title":{"rendered":"Author Information"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Submissions accepted for the online proceedings (Oral Presentation Papers or Poster Papers)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Submissions accepted for the conference proceedings will be published through the two official Zenodo communities of GeoAI 2026: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/zenodo.org\/communities\/geoaiconference_oral\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/zenodo.org\/communities\/geoaiconference_oral\">Oral Presentation Papers: <\/a><\/strong>The 1st International Conference on Geospatial Artificial Intelligence (GeoAI 2026) Oral Presentation Papers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/zenodo.org\/communities\/geoaiconference_poster\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/zenodo.org\/communities\/geoaiconference_poster\">Poster Papers:<\/a> <\/strong>The 1st International Conference on Geospatial Artificial Intelligence (GeoAI 2026) Poster Papers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These two online proceedings of GeoAI 2026 will be published open-access through Zenodo (https:\/\/zenodo.org\/) and linked through the <a href=\"https:\/\/geoaiconference.org\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/geoaiconference.org\">GeoAI 2026 website<\/a>. Each paper will be assigned a DOI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparing the Final Paper<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Authors of accepted extended abstracts are kindly requested to prepare their <strong>camera-ready version<\/strong> by carefully addressing all reviewers\u2019 comments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The final paper must be prepared using the&nbsp;GeoAI 2026 templates:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For Oral Presentations: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/geoaiconference.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Word_template_Oral.docx\">Word template (Oral)<\/a><\/strong> or <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/geoaiconference.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Latex_template_Oral.zip\" data-type=\"attachment\" data-id=\"377\">LaTeX template (Oral)<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For Posters: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/geoaiconference.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Word_template_Poster.docx\" data-type=\"attachment\" data-id=\"378\">Word template (Poster)<\/a><\/strong> or <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/geoaiconference.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Latex_template_Poster.zip\" data-type=\"attachment\" data-id=\"377\">LaTeX template (Poster)<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please make sure that the final paper includes: Full names of all authors, Institutional affiliations and Email addresses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is your choice to submit your final paper as a short paper (recommended length: &lt;6 pages) or an extended full paper (recommended length: &lt;30 pages). If you consider publishing an extended version of your original submission in a journal after GeoAI 2026, we recommend you submit it as a short paper only. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you decide not to submit anything to the conference proceedings (but still present your work at GeoAI 2026), this is fine for us.
