Note that the fees for “Student” and “Other participant” include access to the GeoAI 2026 conference (4-6 June) and the workshops on June 3, coffee breaks and conference dinner. It does not include accommodation and travel expenses which you have to pay and organize on your own.
“Workshops only” is for those who only attend the workshops. It includes access to workshops and coffee breaks on 3 June afternoon.
After registration and online payment (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro or Bancontact), you will get a confirmation and a receipt. Be aware that refunding of payment is not possible. But if needed, you can update the name of the participant (contact: GeoAI2026@UGent.be).
Please note at least one author of each accepted oral/poster/showcase presentation must register for the conference by 30 March 2026. The infringement of this rule will cause an accepted submission to be excluded from GeoAI 2026.
Invitation letters for visa applications can only be requested after we have received your full conference registration fee payment. Invitation letters will not be provided for “Workshops only” participants. For an invitation letter please contact: GeoAI2026@UGent.be AND Sus.Geeraerts@UGent.be.
